8/7/2023 0 Comments Castle branch![]() I have tried contacting CastleBranch in regards to the completion of the background check and was assured an update would be provided in ***** hours with a supervisor contacting me within 24 hours and I have not been contacted by a supervisor with updates. This background check has been in the "pending status" for a full 30 days with no updates provided on when it will be completed. Order number: 9022-1110-1309-2900 was places on 11/10/22 for the completion of a background check to fulfill a requirement for graduation from medical school. Why do you allow this company to take consumers $ and not deliver? As I see, many people has reported the same treatment. These reports are time sensitive and these people do not care. As she has witnessed my unfair treatment. My personal physician suggested that I report them to you. I feel discriminated on and not treated fairly. Again, I get rejected for another reason. I resubmitted each time they ask and do as they ask. Each time I they reject me it's a different reason. I pray for the sake and pain of others they choose another company. I hope that my testimony and what they have obeserved me go through, they change their mind. I wish my $ was saved and that I never have to deal with this company but now my employer chose this company. I cringe to think I have to use it on an employer side now. The second time I was told that she seen the issue and she could fix it but chose not to and that "it was left to her own discretion " pathetic!!!. This first time the gentleman simply said "sorry you must call your university for this question". ![]() That was after over an hour and half wait on hold. Of the 16 times I have called, I have spoke to two representatives. When you call the information line you are lucky if you get through. Many directions are simply just not listed, it's a learn on your own thing. The directions of what requirements are needed and on uploading are not clear. May I mention the response was not helpful. Of which, I was two weeks before getting a response. I had a few questions that I sent to the support inquiry. ![]() I started uploading documents in November. As a requirement to apply to my MSN program I had to purchase a package through CB.
